Apollo® and Sabre® Simulation Software
Reservations Training System (RTS©) software was created to emulate live Apollo® and live Sabre® at a fraction of the cost! These windows compatible software programs will save your institution money and help simplify your teaching process of the airline computer systems.
The Apollo® and Sabre® simulations are available with license agreements available for everything from single and multiple site licenses to an individual workstation license. For pricing please see our bookstore. The software is available in the following versions:
Apollo® U.S.
Apollo® Canadian
Sabre® U.S.
Sabre® Canadian
Educators may request a software demonstration. Contact us to arrange a download.

RTS© gives your students the capability of creating complete PNRs with passenger name(s), phone(s), ticketing arrangements, air itineraries, pricing, ticketing, car reservations and hotel reservations. This involves ending a completed PNR and retrieving and modifying it and interpreting the necessary availability, fare and rule screens for air, car and hotel reservations. Instructors can take advantage of answer keys for exams and exercises which stay consistent, an advantage over teaching from a live system.

Used in conjunction with Computer Reservations System Apollo® or Sabre® textbook, the student can maximize the learning and application of building PNRs, pricing and booking cars and hotels. The realistic on-line functionality allows workplace application, utilizing a substantial data base including:

  • 5,000 Air segments
  • 1,500 City Pairs
  • 21 Carriers
  • 21,000 Fares
  • 135 Fare Rules
  • 3,000 Car Rental Options
  • 1,725 Car Rental Rates
  • 115 Rental Car Types
  • 15 Rental Car Vendors
  • 11,250 Hotel Rates
  • 2,250 Hotel Rooms
  • 15 Hotel Chains
RTS© software is a replication of an airline reservations system. Although this software was developed several years ago, it is current in it's replication of the Sabre® and Apollo® systems. Some newer machines might require DOSBox to run the software. Site licenses for the RTS© software are available. Please see the Education Systems bookstore for pricing and ordering information.
